I was born in the northern part of France in the late thirties. From an early age I was always interested and fascinated by modern art, constructions and sculptures. Since my family were well known caterers, I was drawn to the kitchen and restaurant work which gave me many opportunities and openings making and presenting food My Way.
Despite my great desire to become an architect of modern design, I was sent to management and catering college for five years. I never attended an art school even though I was passing in front of that famous art College on Tottenham Court Road. I was always tempted to join in and..who knows !!!That might have canged the course of my life.
Unfortunately I will never know !!
